Description: rh TSP is glycosylated with N-linked sugars. It is reactive with A4.1 anti-TSP mAb.

Molecular Mass: 140,000 Da

Formulation: The sterile protein solution (0.178mg/ml) contains 20mM Sodium phosphate, pH 6, and 300mM NaCl.

Purity and Identification: By proprietary chromatographic techniques. Greater than 90.0% as determined by:

(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.

(b) Anion-exchange FPLC.

(c) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.

Dimers and aggregates: Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.

Endotoxin: Less than 0.1 ng/µg (IEU/µg) of Human TSP-1.

Source: Baculovirus Insect Cells.

Physical State of the product: Sterile filtered clear solution.

Stability and Storage: Recombinant Human TSP should be stored between 2ºC and 8ºC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
