Formulation

Mouse Anti-Human IgM (unlabeled): 0.5 mg/mL in 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.0. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added.

Mouse Anti-Human IgM alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate: 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative

Identification and Titer: Anti-Human IgM is tested by immunofluorescence and ELISA, against a standard reference reagent.

Immunofluorescence titer: Purified antibody ≤ 1 µg/10(6 )cells

ELISA titer: Anti Human IgM-AP conjugate 1:500-1:1,000

Other Applications: Since applications vary, you should determine the optimum working dilution of the product that is appropriate for your specific need.

Storage: Store at 2-8°C or long-term at -20°C. Protect conjugated forms from light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.

WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
