Immunogen: Purified human transferrin
Formulation: 0.45 µm filtered goat serum, with 0.02% sodium azide.
Specificity: Human transferrin (not tested against other species), determined by ELISA, Western Blot and Dot Blot. There is no cross reactivity with other human serum proteins.
ELISA: 10 ng of human transferrin are detected using a 1/300 dilution (proteinA/Peroxidase determined).
Storage: Store at 2˚C to 8˚C or up to 60 days. For longer periods, store at-20˚C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
