Formulation: 0.45 µm filtered goat serum, with 0.02% sodium azide.
Specificity: Human Alpha1- Acid Glycoprotein (not tested against other species), determined by ELISA, Western Blot and Dot Blot. There is no cross reactivity with other human serum proteins.
ELISA : 10 ng of Human Alpha 1- Acid Glycoprotein are detected using a 1/300 dilution of this antibody (proteinA/Peroxidase determined).
Storage: Store at 2 - 8˚C for up to 60 days. For longer periods, store at -20˚C . Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
